Kathy Schultz proudly serves as the Productivity Coach and Agent Services coordinator for Keller Williams Realty Signature – Janesville Office. Although she has recently become our Wisconsin managing broker, Kathy has been a licensed agent since 2004.
Kathy joined Keller Williams in 2018 and found a new passion for helping new agents grow their businesses and succeed in achieving their goals. She teaches agents how to get started in the Real Estate business and build a foundation for success. She also works to share the Missions and Values she found within Keller Williams to grow the Janesville Business Center.
Kathy truly believes there is no other company that compares to Keller Williams Realty. Through the training, culture, and support at KW, she has learned and grown more in the last few years since joining the company than in all her prior years in the Real Estate industry.
Kathy Schultz grew up in California but has planted roots in Wisconsin where she raised her family. She now calls Wisconsin her “forever home”. She has three beautiful daughters and currently four grandchildren. They fill her heart with sunshine every day, just as she fills ours!
