ALC Meeting

The Keller Williams ALC or Agent Leadership Council is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable for everyone. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen.This meeting is open to everyone – to observe only – non-council members do not have a voice in this meeting.It’s good to know how your ALC runs and how it is involved in our company.
